GOAL

The world faces many challenges. Currently, however, none may be more important than addressing climate change. The size of the problem is the real challenge. The scope and scale of global energy use and the extent to which it’s integrated into the fabric of our existence is basically an unstoppable train. At this point, undoubtedly, the solution will have to be a world-changing technology breakthrough. Immediate action must to be taken to bring forward new technologies with “real potential” to meet our greatest challenge.

Ideally the solution(s) to climate change will not just provide clean-energy, but will also generate power at a low cost. Low cost energy is the single most important way to elevate poor countries out of poverty and create greater stability in economies and societies throughout the world.

RARE

PROFILE

Having the opportunity to participate in a business like Verus Power is rare. Identifying technologies like the HV Tech, which have “real potential” to change the world is rare. Much less, having the right to commercialize such technology after it’s already been developed to an advanced stage. $10’s of millions and decades have already been invested in the HV Tech, which is now either commercial-launch ready, or one step therefrom. This means Verus Power has the potential to bypass all or substantially all the risks typically associated with the research and development of new technologies. Fortunately this rare and exceptional technology opportunity is now in the hands of Verus Power’s highly capable management team, which possesses the breadth and depth of experience necessary to execute Verus Power’s business plan on budget and on schedule.
