Verus Power, LLC was formed on basis of the founders (i) access two (2), highly-developed, high value (“HV”) electrical power generation technologies (collectively “HV Tech” and individually as “HV Tech No.1” and “HV Tech No.2”), and (ii) ability to assemble a world-class management and leadership team highly experienced in finance, building and operating electrical power generation plants and developing new technologies.
Typically, new technology R&D costs can be extensive. And, there are no assurances of success. In the case of the HV Tech, these technologies currently have the benefit of decades of R&D and $10's of millions of investment. With this advantage, Verus Power has a high probability of being at the forefront of ushering in the future of the electrical power industry without the typical cost burden and associated risk.

With two separate technologies, Verus Power has twice the potential to deliver a sustainability breakthrough for the world. At targeted performance levels, HV Tech No. 1 removes 99% carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SOX) and nitrogen oxides (NOX), and 99% of CO2 (greenhouse gas) emissions. And, with very low capital and operating costs, HV Tech No. 1 provides its sustainability benefits without materially impacting corresponding GTCC plant earnings performance. HV Tech No. 2 will perform at another level altogether. HV Tech No. 2 can deliver a 100 percent (100%) pollution-free and CO2-free source of electrical power. Moreover, as currently planned, for a 22% base increase in the base amount of the GTCC plant investment, HV Tech No. 2 will increase revenue by 220% (see “ROIC” section for more information on financial performance corresponding with the success of HV Tech No. 2).
